If you’re vegan you can also use the oat pie crust recipe as a pizza crust, just use a flat pan instead of a pie pan. For the cheese, any dairy free cheese will work.
Preheat oven to 425
Crust Ingredients(makes 1 crust):
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1/2 tbs Basil
1/2 tbs Oregano
1/8 tsp baking powder
1tbs flax meal
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Spray a non-stick pan (about 10″) and let it heat up on high. Let it heat for a couple minutes before you pour mixture in, this way it won’t stick. Once you pour the mixture in reduce heat from high to medium -low and let it continue to cook. When it has solidified a bit more flip it and cook the other side. Once it is golden brown on both sides remove from heat and set aside.
1 can no-salt added tomato sauce
2tbs garlic powder
2 tbs onion powder
1tbs balsamic vinegar
Throw all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil and then simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes)
1/4 cup reduced fat cheese
whatever veggies you want, I used bell peppers and cherry tomatoes
Take your crust and throw on 1/4 cup sauce and your toppings. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until cheese is nice and melted.
