Wowzers. These were so fabulously easy and fast to make. I used some precooked tilapia, threw it in some corn tortillas and boom! Low-sodium AND gluten free❤
4oz baked tilapia*
Handful steamed green beans
2 corn tortillas
2tbs low-sodium no sugar added sodium(I used Trader Joe’s chipotle salsa)
Preheat oven to 380 degrees
Line out tilapia on a baking pan sprayed with non stick spray. Sprinkle dill generously over fish and bake for 18 minutes.
Taco Assembly Time!
Heat the tortillas over a low flame on your stove. Throw on the fish, great beans, salsa, and nom nom!
