Protein pancake recipe.


I LOVE carbs. unfortunately late night carb binges aren’t in compliance with clean eating standards (bummer#2). Luckily i’ve discovered this awesome recipe to curb my appetite and satisfy my nagging carb lust.

Combine:

2 eggs
2.5 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
About 3 tbls of water
Cinnamon
Stevia

The consistency should be like pancake batter and I was able to make about 3 pancakes.

With the ingredients I used the nutrition facts were (roughly)per pancake

Cal: 103
Fat: 4g
Protein: 14g
Sugar: >1g
Carb: 1g
