I LOVE carbs. unfortunately late night carb binges aren’t in compliance with clean eating standards (bummer#2). Luckily i’ve discovered this awesome recipe to curb my appetite and satisfy my nagging carb lust.
2.5 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
About 3 tbls of water
The consistency should be like pancake batter and I was able to make about 3 pancakes.
